<브레이크뉴스 홍천 = 김일웅 기자> 홍천군의 중견 향토기업이 지역 어린이들을 위해 산업 현장의 생생함을 직접 체험하고 즐길 수 있는 이색적인 교육 공간을 마련해 화제다.
홍천군은 홍천읍 와동리에 위치한 전원테크가 조성한 어린이 교육·체험 시설인 ‘플라팜 팩토리’가 27일 성황리에 오픈식을 갖고 본격적인 운영에 들어갔다고 밝혔다.

지난 1987년 설립된 전원테크는 2003년 홍천군 와동리로 본사를 이전한 뒤 주형 및 금형 제조업 분야에서 탄탄한 입지를 다져온 기업이다. 이번에 문을 연 ‘플라팜 팩토리’는 전원테크가 그간 쌓아온 플라스틱 생활용품 제조 노하우를 바탕으로, 아이들의 눈높이에 맞춘 체험형 공간으로 재탄생시킨 결과물이다.
