[브레이크뉴스=배종태 기자] 부산진구와 부산상공회의소가 공동 개최한 제1회 합동 채용박람회가 26일 오후 부산상의 회관 2층에서 열렸다.
이번 박람회에는 구직자 500여 명이 참여했으며 ㈜씨넷, ㈜화인, ㈜한국마린산업, ㈜효성어묵 등 58개 기업이 현장 면접을 진행했다. 제조·사무·생산 등 분야에서 총 287명을 채용할 계획이다.
행사장에는 부산고용센터, 대한노인회 부산광역취업지원센터, 동의과학대 등도 참여해 취업 상담과 이력서 사진 촬영, 면접 이미지 컨설팅 등 구직자 맞춤형 지원을 제공했다.
부산상의는 지난해에도 부산진구와 두 차례 합동 채용행사를 진행하며 지역 일자리 창출에 기여했다. 부산상의 공공사업본부 황지훈 본부장은 “이번 박람회는 기업과 구직자 간 일자리 미스매치를 해소하기 위한 뜻깊은 자리”라며 “앞으로도 정기적인 채용행사를 통해 지역 고용시장에 활력을 더하겠다”고 말했다.
부산상의는 올해 고용노동부와 부산시의 ‘지역특화 일자리창출 지원사업’을 통해 관광·마이스 분야 청년 정착과 제조업 근로환경 개선을 추진하고, ‘청년일자리 도약장려금’과 ‘부산 4050 채용촉진 지원사업’ 등도 확대 운영할 예정이다.
[English News] Busan Jin District, Chamber of Commerce hold first joint job fair
The Busan Jin District and the Busan Chamber of Commerce and Industry (BCCI) held their first joint job fair Thursday afternoon, drawing a large crowd of local applicants to the BCCI headquarters.
Approximately 500 job seekers attended the event, where 58 companies—including C-Net Co. Ltd., Fine Co. Ltd., Korea Marine Industry Co. Ltd., and Hyosung Fish Cake Co. Ltd.—conducted on-site interviews. The participating firms aim to fill a total of 287 positions across the manufacturing, administration, and production sectors.
The fair featured tailored support services from organizations such as the Busan Employment Center, the Busan Senior Employment Support Center, and Dong-ui Institute of Technology. Attendees received professional career counseling, on-site resume photography, and interview image consulting.
The BCCI has been a consistent partner in local job creation, having collaborated with Busan Jin District on two recruitment events last year.
"This fair is a significant opportunity to resolve the mismatch between employers and job seekers," said Hwang Ji-hoon, director of the public business division at the BCCI. "We will continue to energize the local labor market through regular recruitment events."
Looking ahead, the BCCI plans to expand its support initiatives under the "Regional Specialized Job Creation Project" funded by the Ministry of Employment and Labor and the City of Busan. These efforts will focus on retaining young talent in the tourism and MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions) industries and improving working conditions in manufacturing.
The chamber also intends to increase the reach of its "Youth Job Leap Grant" and the "Busan 4050 Recruitment Promotion Project" for middle-aged workers later this year.
