【충북 브레이크뉴스】임창용 기자=충청북도교육청은 다차원 학생성장 플랫폼 <다채움>을 통해 제공되는 지능형 수학 학습 지원 서비스 <채움수학>을 학교 현장의 높은 호응에 따라 확대 운영한다고 밝혔다.
<채움수학>은 학생의 수준과 학습 특성을 분석해 맞춤형 수학 학습을 지원하는 서비스로, 초등학교 3학년부터 고등학교 3학년까지를 대상으로 운영되며 <충북 수리력 강화 1.0> 프로젝트의 핵심 사업으로 추진되고 있다.
도교육청은 지난 2월 공문을 통해 올해 서비스 이용 대상을 공모한 결과, 당초 계획했던 8,000명을 크게 웃도는 약 26,000명이 신청해 학교 현장의 높은 수요를 확인했다.
이에 도교육청은 디지털 선도학교 사업 등과 연계한 행정 지원을 통해 신청한 학생 대부분이 서비스를 이용할 수 있도록 지원 규모를 확대했다.
고도화된 <채움수학>에는 ▲학생의 풀이 과정을 확인하고 피드백을 제공하는 전자연습장 및 실시간 현황 보드 ▲오류 원인을 분석하는 AI 첨삭 기능 ▲학습 참여도를 높이는 게이미피케이션(Gamification) 기반 콘텐츠 등이 새롭게 도입됐다.
또한 학생이 학년과 단원, 차시를 선택해 자신의 학습 수준을 진단하고 부족한 부분을 보완할 수 있는 자기주도 학습 기능도 강화돼 학교 수업과 가정 학습을 연계한 맞춤형 학습 지원이 가능할 것으로 기대된다.
이혜원 미래교육추진단장은 “채움수학은 인공지능 기술을 기반으로 학생 개개인의 학습 특성을 분석해 성장을 지원하는 학습 서비스”라며 “앞으로도 다채움 서비스를 통해 학생들이 지역과 환경에 관계없이 질 높은 교육 기회를 누릴 수 있도록 지원하겠다.”라고 말했다.
