250억 투입 갯벌 생태계 복원 교량 준공
기존 폐쇄형 유두교 철거하고 해수 소통형 교량 설치…
충남 서산시 웅도의 끊겼던 바닷길이 다시 흐르게 됐다.
서산시는 27일 대산읍 웅도리 모개섬 일원에서 갯벌 생태계 복원을 위한 '웅도 해수 소통형 교량 준공식'을 개최하고 새로운 변화의 시작을 알렸다.
이번 사업은 총사업비 250억 원이 투입된 대규모 프로젝트로, 대산읍 웅도리와 대로리를 잇는 300m 구간에 해수가 자유롭게 드나들 수 있는 교량을 조성하는 것이 핵심이다.
준공식에는 이완섭 서산시장을 비롯해 해양수산부, 해양환경공단 관계자와 지역 주민 등 100여 명이 참석해 성과를 축하했다.
