3선 도전에 나선 권익현(더불어민주당) 전북 '부안군수' 예비후보가 '기본사회 제1호 공약' 정책을 앞세워 표심 잡기에 나섰다.
권 예비후보는 '부안형 기본사회' 공약 시리즈를 통해 미래 청사진을 순차적으로 제시해 정책 중심의 선거에 나선다는 계획이다.
