생산·가공·소비·교육이 한곳에서 ‘다락’ 개장

[브레이크뉴스=양영석 기자] 김해시가 생산·가공·소비·교육이 한곳에서 이뤄지는 다목적 복합 공간인 로컬푸드 복합시설 ‘다락’ 개장식을 30일 홍태용 시장을 비롯 도·시의원, 유관기관·생산자단체 관계자, 지역주민 등 100여명이 참석한 가운데 개최했다.

김해시 관동로 장유3동 행정복지센터 인근에 개장한 ‘다락’은 2022년부터 2025년까지 총사업비 82억원(국비 47억2,000, 도비 12억5,000, 시비 22억3,000만원)을 투입해 부지면적 3,500㎡, 연면적 1,473㎡, 지상 2층 규모로 건립됐다. 

1층 로컬푸드 직매장은 오전 10시부터 오후 8시까지 운영되며, 김해지역 174개 농가, 업체에서 생산한 700여 품목의 신선 농산물, 정육, 반찬과 인근 시군과의 협력을 통한 수산물까지 소비자에게 직거래로 선보인다. 

농산물종합가공센터는 지역 농산물을 활용해 잼, 주스 등을 만드는‘습식가공’과 분말 등을 생산하는 ‘건식가공’ 시설을 갖췄다. 

농민들이 직접 부가가치 높은 가공식품을 생산하고 로컬푸드 직매장을 통해 판매까지 가능하도록 지원한다.

1, 2층에 마련된 커뮤니티 키친, 교육장에서는 로컬푸드를 활용한 요리교실 등 다양한 식농(食農) 교육과 주민 참여 프로그램이 운영된다.
