HXD화성개발은 1일 제49기 정기주주총회 및 이사회를 열고 김창희 사장을 신임 대표이사로 선임했다고 밝혔다.
김 사장은 1968년생으로 1994년 입사 이후 31년간 현장 시공·관리와 수주영업을 두루 경험한 정통 내부 출신 인사다. 기술과 행정 역량을 겸비한 건설 전문가로 평가받고 있다.
영남대학교 토목공학과 출신인 그는 토목시공기술사와 산업안전지도사(건설부문) 자격을 보유하고 있으며, 공공 기술형 입찰과 수주 시장에서 활발한 활동을 이어왔다. 특히 신공법 도입과 기술 혁신 분야에서 성과를 내며 경쟁력 강화에 기여해왔다.
