인천세관에 따르면, 이번 '인천세관인'으로 선정된 이수연 주무관은 과세가격 결정방법 사전심사(ACVA) 업무를 통해 기존 수입신고가격의 적정성과 결정방법의 오류를 검토하여 특수관계자간 합리적인 과세가격 결정방법 도출로 누락 세액 약 30억원을 추징하고 안정적 세수 확보에 기여한 공로로 선정됐다.
업무 분야별 유공자로는 물류감시분야 유공자에 수입통관이 완료된 할당관세품목 292톤을 즉시 반출하지 않고 다른 업체 명의의 내국화물로 신고하여 보관한 업체를 적발하여 생활물가 하락과 국민 가계 부담 완화에 기여한 공로로 박형선 주무관이 선정됐다.
