【충북 브레이크뉴스】임창용 기자=서원대학교는 2026년 4월 1일자로 경영학부 석좌교수에 이일우(사진) 전 SK하이닉스 부사장을 임용했다.
이일우 석좌교수는 충북대를 졸업하고 한양대에서 석사, 충북대에서 박사 학위를 취득했다. 1997년 옛 현대전자(LG반도체)에 입사한 이후 약 28년간 (주)SK하이닉스에 재직하며 HR실장, 청주경영지원실장 등을 역임했다. 이후 2021년 12월부터 2025년 12월까지 청주경영지원담당 부사장으로 재직하며 조직 운영과 지역 기반 경영을 이끌었다.
현재는 SK그룹 코칭위원과 (주)SK하이닉스 경영자문위원으로 활동하며 기업 경영과 조직문화 분야에서 전문성을 이어가고 있다.
청주 출신인 이 교수는 지역 산업 현장과 기업 경영 경험을 바탕으로 실무 경영 교육과 전략적 통찰 공유에 기여할 것으로 기대된다. 특히 이번에 신설되는 서원대학교 최고경영자과정(S-AMP)에서 기조강연을 맡고 AI 시대를 대비한 미래 경영 전략을 주제로 강연을 진행하는 등 산업 현장의 변화와 기업 경영 경험을 교육과정에 접목할 예정이다.
대학 관계자는 “현장 경험이 풍부한 전문가를 임용함으로써 교육과 산업 현장의 연계를 강화하고자 한다”라며 “학생들이 보다 현실적인 시각에서 진로를 설계할 수 있는 계기가 될 것으로 기대한다”라고 밝혔다.
