정천식 안성시의원, '안성시 주택 조례 일부개정조례안'

[브레이크뉴스경기남부=안성 이현준기자] 안성시의회 정천식 의원이 대표 발의한 안성시 주택 조례 일부개정조례안이 31일 제238회 임시회 본회의에서 통과됐다.

이번 조례안은 최호섭과 박근배 그리고 이중섭 의원이 공동 발의했으며 공동주택의 구조적 안전성과 주거환경 개선을 위해 지하주차장 설계 기준을 강화하는 내용을 담고 있다. 특히 빈번하게 발생하는 지하주차장 누수 문제를 설계 단계부터 차단하기 위해 구체적인 방수 및 방근 계획 수립을 의무화했다.

주요 개정 내용에 따르면 지하주차장 천장과 바닥 및 중간층 슬래브 그리고 외벽에 대해 구조체 누수 예방을 위한 방수 계획을 설계에 반드시 반영해야 한다. 또한 지하주차장 상부 인공 녹화 지반에는 방수뿐만 아니라 식물 뿌리로 인한 손상을 막는 방근 계획을 포함하도록 규정했다.

아울러 집중호우 시 침수 피해를 방지하기 위해 지하주차장 진출입로에 우수 유입 방지를 고려한 설계를 의무화하는 항목이 신설됐다.
