벚꽃이 절정을 이루는 봄을 맞아 전국 최고 수온 78℃를 자랑하는 부곡온천관광특구에서 개최된 이번 축제는 온천과 봄의 계절감을 접목한 지역 대표 축제로, 공연·체험·전시·참여형 프로그램을 다채롭게 구성해 관광객과 지역 주민이 함께 어우러지는 활기찬 축제의 장을 마련했다.
