봉화군, 관리감독자 정기 안전보건교육 실시

이번 교육은 산업안전보건법에 따라 관리감독자가 연간 16시간 이상 이수해야 하는 법정 의무교육으로, 관리감독자의 안전관리 역량과 책임 의식을 강화하고 봉화군 소속 현업종사자 사업장의 사고 예방 활동을 촉진하기 위해 마련됐다.

교육 주요 내용은 ▲최근 산업재해 사례 분석 ▲위험성 평가 및 관리 방안 ▲직무 스트레스 관리 및 조직관리 방법 ▲중대재해 예방을 위한 관리자의 역할 등으로 구성됐으며, 특히 실무 중심의 사례 교육에 중점을 두고 진행하였다. 또한 최근 증가하는 중대재해를 예방하기 위해 관리감독자의 책임과 역할을 강조하고, 사고 발생 시 대응 절차 및 보고 체계에 대한 교육도 병행했다.
