특히 단양군과 농협중앙회, 단양농협, 북단양농협, 단양소백농협, 농업인이 공동 참여하는 협력사업으로 추진돼 실질적인 농가 맞춤형 지원이라는 점에서 의미를 더하고 있다.
군은 이번 장비 지원을 통해 농촌 고령화로 인한 노동력 부족 문제를 완화하고, 영농 효율성을 높여 농가 소득 증대에도 기여할 것으로 기대하고 있다.
