이번 결의대회는 군민의 행복을 책임지는 옥천군 공직자들이 군민에게 더욱 신뢰받고 사랑받는 봉사자로 거듭나기 위해 마련되었다.
이날 직원 대표로 육안국 미래전략국장 선창에 따라 직원들은 친절과 봉사를 바탕으로 한 행정 서비스 실천에 대한 굳은 의지를 다졌다.
결의문에는 ▲군민의 소리에 귀 기울여 친절·신속·공정한 업무 처리 ▲밝은 미소와 공손한 언행으로 민원인 응대 ▲매일 친절다짐 시간을 통한 ‘친절 1등 공무원’ 도약 ▲군민이 감동할 때까지 친절행정 실천 등 4가지 핵심 실천 과제가 담겼다.
옥천군은 이번 결의문 낭독을 일회성 행사에 그치지 않고, 친절이 전 직원의 몸에 밴 조직 문화로 굳어지도록 적극 노력할 계획이다.
