용인특례시, ‘방문 구강건강관리사업’ 운영

[브레이크뉴스경기남부=용인 이현준기자] 용인특례시는 4월부터 치과 방문이 어려운 65세 이상 거동 불편 어르신을 대상으로 노인 방문 구강건강관리사업을 운영한다.

이 사업은 보건소 의료진이 가정을 직접 방문해 구강 상태를 확인하고 맞춤형 중재 서비스를 제공하는 프로그램이다.

지난해 기흥구보건소의 시범 사업 결과 구강 위생과 기능 개선 효과가 입증됨에 따라 올해부터는 처인구와 기흥구 그리고 수지구 등 3개 구 보건소로 확대하여 시행한다.

신청 대상은 가정이 거주하는 65세 이상 시민 중 거동이 불편하고 구강 건강에 문제가 있는 어르신이다.
