(브레이크뉴스인천 박상도 기자) 인천시가 2일, 오피스텔·상가 등 집합건물에서 발생하는 다양한 분쟁을 보다 신속하고 효율적으로 해결하기 위해 집합건물 관리지원단, 열린 상담실, 집합건물 분쟁조정위원회 등 시민 중심의 분쟁 해결 지원체계를 구축·운영하고 있다고 밝혔다.
인천시에 따르면, 최근 집합건물은 오피스텔, 상가, 주상복합 건물 등 다양한 형태로 증가하면서 관리비, 관리인 선임, 공용 부분 사용 등과 관련된 입주민 간 갈등과 분쟁도 지속적으로 늘어나고 있다.
