올해로 네 번째를 맞이하는 이번 대여사업은 지역예술인의 활동을 지원하고, 문화예술 소외계층을 비롯한 시민들에게 다양한 문화예술 향유 기회를 제공하고자 추진된다.
신청 자격은 공고일 기준 3개월 이상 충주시에 소재지를 둔 미술 단체로, 최근 3년 이내 단체전 1회 이상 개최 경력이 있어야 하며, 단체별 1점씩 신청할 수 있다.
신청 작품 역시 최근 3년 이내 전시 이력이 있어야 한다.
공모 분야는 한국화, 서양화, 조각, 공예, 서예, 사진 등 6개 분야이며, 심사위원회 심의를 거쳐 대여 작품을 선정한다.
선정된 작품은 올해 5월부터 11월까지 7개월 동안 대여되며, 예산 범위 내에서 작품당 약 60만 원 정도의 대여료가 지원된다.
신청을 희망하는 지역 미술 단체는 시 홈페이지 공고 메뉴에서 서식을 내려받아 작성 후 문화예술과 방문 또는 이메일로 제출하면 된다.
