【충북 브레이크뉴스】김봉수 기자=음성군은 노후된 경유차에서 배출되는 대기오염물질을 저감하기 위해 ‘2026년도 노후 건설기계 엔진교체 지원사업’을 추진한다.
군은 노후 건설기계 10여 대를 대상으로 노후 엔진을 Tier-3 이상 엔진으로 교체하는 지원사업을 시행한다고 2일 밝혔다.
신청 기간은 예산 소진 시까지다. 군은 신청서를 제출한 노후 건설기계(‘04년 이전 배출가스 규제 기준을 적용받은 엔진을 탑재한 지게차, 굴착기, 로더, 롤러) 소유자 중 예산 범위 내에서 우선순위(제작일이 오래되지 않은 차량 순서)에 따라 엔진교체 비용을 지원할 계획이다.
신청하는 건설기계의 사용본거지는 음성군이어야 하며, 보조금 지원으로 저공해 엔진으로 개조하지 않았고 세금 체납 및 압류가 없어야 한다.
지원금은 차종에 따라 다르다. 엔진 종류별로 933만원~2135만원으로 자부담은 없다. 다만, 보조금으로 엔진을 교체한 건설기계를 2년간 의무적으로 운행해야 한다.
