【충북 브레이크뉴스】임창용 기자=충청북도교육청은 2일(목), 제이원 호텔 스카이 가든홀에서 이음교육 지원단과 교육지원청 장학사 등 60여 명이 참석한 가운데 <2026. 이음교육 지원단 역량강화 연수>를 운영했다.
이번 연수는 이음교육 지원단의 맞춤형 역량을 강화해 유치원과 초등학교 간 교육과정 연계를 내실화하고, 유아의 연속적인 성장과 전인 발달을 지원하기 위해 마련됐다.
연수는 경인교육대학교 김호 교수의 <의문으로 시작해 감탄으로 다가서는 유·초 이음교육> 강의로 시작됐다. 강의에서는 유아의 발달 특성과 학습 경험의 연속성을 고려한 유·초 연계 교육의 방향과 실제 적용 방안이 제시됐다.
이어진 협의에서는 2026년 이음교육 컨설팅 운영 방향과 현장 지원 방안에 대해 논의가 이뤄졌다. 참석자들은 유치원과 초등학교를 자연스럽게 연결하는 교육 환경 조성을 위해 지역과 기관의 특성을 반영한 맞춤형 지원의 필요성에 공감했다.
충북교육청은 이번 연수를 통해 이음교육 지원단의 전문성과 실행력을 높이고, 현장 맞춤형 지원을 확대해 유아가 초등학교로 자연스럽게 학교생활에 적응할 수 있는 교육 환경을 조성해 나갈 계획이다.
