【충북 브레이크뉴스】임창용 기자=충북 괴산군은 관내 농업인의 영농 편의를 높이고자 ‘문광 농기계 임대사업소’ 건립 공사에 착수하고 3일 착공식을 열었다고 밝혔다.
착공식에는 송인헌 군수와 김낙영 군의회 의장, 문광면 기관단체장, 지역 주민을 비롯한 50여 명이 참석해 경과보고와 시삽식, 기념촬영 순으로 일정을 소화했다.
사업소는 20억 원을 투입해 올해 상반기 준공을 목표로 문광면 송평리 665번지 일원 4,235㎡ 부지에 지상 1층 2동, 690㎡ 규모로 보관창고와 관리실, 사무실을 조성할 계획이다.
문광 사업소가 문을 열면 군은 총 11개소의 임대사업소를 가동하며 탄탄한 영농 지원 인프라를 갖춘다.
군은 현재 10개 임대사업소에 콤바인과 트랙터를 비롯한 66종 1,127대의 농기계를 보유·운영 중이며 농업인의 접근성을 높이고자 권역별 임대망을 지속해서 확충한다.
오는 7월 문광 사업소를 시작으로 12월 칠성 사업소를 연이어 개소할 예정이며 2027년 소수 사업소까지 건립을 마치면 총 13개소의 촘촘한 영농 지원 인프라를 완성할 계획이다.
또한, 군은 농기계 운반 서비스를 기존 4개소에서 전체 10개 사업소로 전면 확대하고 농기계 임대료 50% 감면 혜택도 12월까지 연장 시행해 농가 부담을 덜고 있다.
