[브레이크뉴스=배종태 기자] 박형준 부산시장은 3일 자신의 SNS를 통해 “부산발전의 핵심 법안인 ‘부산글로벌허브도시특별법’을 대표 발의한 전재수 의원이 출마선언문에서 해당 법안을 단 한마디도 언급하지 않았다”며 강하게 비판했다.
박 시장은 “지난주까지만 해도 법안을 반드시 통과시키겠다고 공언하던 분이, 대통령이 ‘부산만 특별법 만들면 대전, 광주는 어떡하냐’고 한마디 하자마자 입을 다물었다”며 “이것이야말로 정치적 책임 회피”라고 지적했다.
부산글로벌허브도시특별법은 전재수 의원이 대표 발의한 법안으로, 2년째 국회 통과가 지연되고 있다.
박 시장은 "압도적 다수 의석을 가진 여당 의원으로서, 스스로 발의한 법도 2년째 통과시키지 못하는 분이 정말로 유능한 정치인 맞나"라고 반문하며 비판했다. 또 "장문의 출마선언문에서 부산발전 특별법에 대해 한 마디도 언급하지 않는 분이 책임 있는 정치인인가"라고 애둘러 꼬집었다.
박 시장은 또 “부산특별법은 부산의 미래를 여는 핵심 열쇠"라며 "이를 공약의 장식품으로만 이용하고 조용히 덮어두는 것은 부산발전 의지를 스스로 부정하는 것이다. 대표발의자로서 끝까지 책임지는 모습을 보여야 한다”고 압박했다.
그러면서 박 시장은 “정권의 입장 변화에 따라 태도를 바꾸는 조변석개의 정치로는 부산의 미래가 보이지 않는다”며 “진정으로 부산을 생각한다면, 지금이라도 특별법 통과를 위해 공개적으로 입장을 밝혀라”고 촉구했다.

The Mayor went on to question Jeon’s fundamental competence and integrity as a leader, asking how a politician from the majority party could fail to pass their own signature legislation for two years. Park further criticized the omission of the act from Jeon's lengthy campaign speech, suggesting that the lawmaker was treating the future of Busan as a mere "campaign ornament" to be discarded when convenient.
Emphasizing that the Special Act is the "essential key" to Busan’s future, Mayor Park urged Rep. Jeon to stop the "fickle politics" that change with every shift in the administration's tone. He concluded by calling on Jeon to take responsibility as the bill's lead sponsor and to publicly reaffirm his commitment to its passage for the sake of the city’s development.
