(브레이크뉴스인천 박상도 기자) 부천시가 6일, 저출생 위기 극복을 위해 민관이 협력하는‘2026년 온(溫)마을 출생축하금 지원사업’을 시행한다고 밝혔다.
부천시에 따르면, 이번 사업은 심곡1동의 특화사업을 지난해 시 전역으로 확대해 추진 중인 민관 협력 모델이다.
부천시와 부천제일새마을금고는 올해 2월 재협약을 체결해 협력을 이어가고 있으며, 금고는 축하금을 지원하고, 시는 사업 홍보 등 행정 지원을 맡고 있다.
지원 금액은 최대 10만 원으로, 대상자가 부천제일새마을금고에서 입출금 통장과 출자금 통장을 개설하면 각각 5만 원씩 나누어 지급하며, 재원은 해당 금고의 지역사회 공헌 사업비로 운영된다.
지원 대상은 올해 부천시에 출생신고를 한 신생아와 입양아의 부 또는 모이며, 거주지별 지정된 부천제일새마을금고 지점을 방문해 접수하면 된다.
또한, 부천제일새마을금고는 전용 카카오톡 채널을 운영해 시민들이 사업 정보를 쉽게 확인하고 문의할 수 있도록 했다.
신청 편의도 개선됐다.
