[브레이크뉴스=배종태 기자] 국민의힘 박성훈 수석대변인은 4일 논평에서 더불어민주당의 ‘조작 기소’ 국정조사를 “세계사적으로도 유례없는, 오직 단 한 사람의 범죄 흔적을 세탁하기 위한 광기의 국정조사”라고 맹비판하며 이재명 대통령에게 재판대에 설 것을 촉구했다.
헌법 위반 국조 규탄
박 대변인은 “재판이나 수사가 진행 중인 사건에 관여할 목적의 국정조사는 법적으로 엄격히 금지되어 있다"고 지적했다.
그는 "대장동·대북송금 사건을 무대에 올린 것은 국회가 사법부의 판결을 가로막고 공소 취소라는 전리품을 챙기려는 노골적인 의도”라고 규정했다.
녹취록 조작 의혹 파고듦
박 대변인은 민주당이 제시한 녹취의 신뢰성을 정면 공격했다. “이화영 전 부지사의 변호인이자 민주당 청주시장 예비후보인 서민석 변호사가 자신의 공천을 위해 상납한 ‘공천 뇌물’ 의혹에서 자유롭지 못하다"라며, “전체 맥락을 교묘하게 자르고 입맛에 맞는 분량만 도려내어 대국민 사기극'을 벌이고 있다"고 비판했다. 이어 “당당하다면 왜 ‘녹취 전체 공개’ 요구에는 입을 닫고 비겁하게 ‘짜집기 녹취’ 뒤에 숨는 것인가?”라고 직격했다.
대통령 직접 재판 요구
박 대변인은 “대통령 본인이 결백하다면 국회 권력을 사유화해 사법부를 겁박할 것이 아니라 중단된 재판을 즉각 재개해 법정에서 그 사실을 증명하면 될 일”이라고 강조했다.
그러면서 그는 “사법 리스크를 해소할 그토록 쉬운 길을 외면한 채 억지 국조로 재판장을 위협하고 법치를 유린하는 행태야말로 스스로 ‘범죄자’임을 자인하는 가장 확실한 증거”라며 “대통령 한 사람을 위해 법치를 농단한 오만한 폭주는 반드시 민심의 준엄한 심판을 받을 것”이라고 경고했다.

Condemning Unconstitutional Inquiry
Park pointed out that "parliamentary inquiries aimed at interfering with ongoing trials or investigations are strictly prohibited by law."
He defined staging Daejang-dong and North Korea remittance cases as "a blatant intent by the National Assembly to block court rulings and seize dismissal of charges as political spoils."
Probing Recording Manipulation Claims
Park directly attacked the credibility of the recording presented by the Democratic Party. He criticized that "attorney Seo Min-seok, lawyer for former Vice Gov. Lee Hwa-young and Democratic Party's Cheongju mayoral candidate, is not free from suspicions of offering 'nomination bribes' for his ticket," and that they are "craftily cutting the full context and slicing out only palatable portions for a public deception show." He further pressed: "If confident, why silently refuse demands for 'full recording disclosure' while cowardly hiding behind 'chopped excerpts'?"
Demanding President's Direct Trial
Park emphasized: "If the president himself is innocent, rather than privatizing National Assembly power to intimidate the judiciary, he should immediately resume halted trials and prove the facts in court."
He warned that "shunning such an easy path to clear legal risks while wielding a forced inquiry to threaten judges and ravage rule of law is the surest proof of admitting criminality," adding "this arrogant rampage abusing rule of law for one president will inevitably face stern public judgment."
