이번에 도입한 디지털 자료는 최신 베스트셀러를 비롯해 문학, 인문, 자기계발 등 다양한 분야를 아우르며, 전 세대가 즐길 수 있는 폭넓은 콘텐츠로 구성됐다.
특히 ‘소년이 온다’, ‘채식주의자’, ‘철도원 삼대’, ‘위저드 베이커리’, ‘나인’, ‘두근두근 여름’ 등 인기 전자책과 함께 ‘인생의 짧음에 대하여’, ‘나폴레온 힐과의 마지막 대화’, ‘초록 지붕 집의 앤’, ‘나를 바꾼 사소한 배움들’ 등 다양한 오디오북이 포함돼 군민들의 높은 호응이 기대된다.
전자책과 오디오북은 시간과 장소의 제약 없이 이용할 수 있어 바쁜 일상에서도 독서를 즐길 수 있다는 장점이 있다.
