가입 대상자는 음성군에 주민등록을 둔 전동보조기기 운행 장애인·노인 등으로 별도의 가입 절차 없이 자동으로 가입되며, 타 지역 전출 시 자동 해지된다.
보장 범위는 전동보조기기 운행 중에 발생한 사고로 인한 제3자 대인·대물 배상책임으로, 피보험자 본인의 신체 상해 및 전동보조기기 손해는 보장 대상에서 제외된다.
보장 내용은 2025년과 동일하며 주요 혜택으로는 △사고당 보상한도액 최대 5000만원 △본인부담금 면제 △형사소송 시 변호사 선임비 500만원 지원이 포함된다.
