【충북 브레이크뉴스】임창용 기자=충청북도교육청은 6일, 교육연구정보원에서 유·초·중·고·특수·각종학교 교(원)감 500여 명을 대상으로 <2026년 교육활동 보호 학교관리자 워크숍>을 운영했다.
이번 워크숍은 교육공동체 간 갈등을 조정하고 교원이 안심하고 교육활동에 전념할 수 있는 여건을 조성하기 위해 마련됐다.
워크숍에서는 ▲교육활동보호센터 운영 사업 안내 ▲학교민원 이해와 관리자 리더십 역량 강화 특강 ▲학교안전공제회와 연계한 교원보호공제사업 안내 등을 중심으로 학교 현장에서 바로 적용할 수 있는 실무 중심 내용이 다뤄졌다.
특강은 김민태(인권정책연구소 선임정책연구원) 강사가 맡아 <교육활동 보호를 위한 관리자의 역할과 리더십>을 주제로 진행한다. 최근 개정된 교육활동 보호 관련 법령과 지침을 반영해 학교민원 대응과 교육활동 보호 강화를 위한 사례별 법률 해석, 민원 유형별 처리 방법 등 실질적인 대응 역량을 높이는 데 중점을 뒀다.
8일(수)에는 동일한 내용으로 유·초·중·고·특수·각종학교 교(원)장 대상 워크숍을 운영하며, 중동발 에너지 위기에 따른 공공기관 차량 2부제 등 에너지 수요 관리 정책에 적극 동참하기 위해 채움모니터를 활용한 비대면 방식으로 진행될 예정이다.
한편 <채움모니터>는 충북교육청 <다채움>에서 제공하는 온라인 화상회의 및 수업 지원 서비스로, 실시간 화면 공유를 통해 비대면 환경에서도 높은 참여도와 소통을 지원하는 시스템이다.
윤건영 교육감은“교육활동 보호는 단순히 교원을 보호하는 차원을 넘어 학생의 배움과 성장을 지키고 학교에 대한 신뢰를 세우는 일이다.”라며“현장에 밀착된 지원 체계를 강화해 교원이 안심하고 교육활동에 전념할 수 있도록 적극 지원하겠다.”라고 말했다.
