군포시는 산본신도시 선도지구인 9-2구역 재건축사업의 주민대표회의 구성을 지난 2일 최종 승인하며 본격적인 사업 추진 기반을 마련했다.

이번 승인에 따라 산본 9-2구역은 앞서 지정된 사업시행자(LH)와 함께 사업을 이끌어갈 양대 축을 모두 갖추게 됐다. 향후 주민대표회의와 사업시행자 간의 긴밀한 협의를 통해 재건축 사업 추진에 한층 가속도가 붙을 것으로 예상된다.
