추진단은 최근 홈페이지를 개설하고, 구미시청 홈페이지와의 연계를 통해 이용자 접근성을 높였다고 밝혔다. 해당 홈페이지는 누구나 손쉽게 접속해 반도체 특화단지 관련 정보를 확인할 수 있도록 구성됐다.
홈페이지는 반도체 특화단지 조성 현황과 주요 추진 사업, 기업 지원 제도, 공지사항 등을 한눈에 확인할 수 있는 종합 정보 플랫폼으로, 기업과 유관기관, 교육기관, 시민 등 다양한 이용자층을 고려해 설계됐다.
주요 구성은 ▲특화단지 개요 및 기업지원 제도 등을 담은 ‘경북·구미 반도체특화단지’ ▲인력양성 교육 프로그램과 재직자 교육 신청 기능을 포함한 ‘인력양성 플랫폼’ ▲첨단반도체 소재·부품 시험평가센터 등 ‘기업지원 인프라 사업’ ▲장비현황 ▲공지사항과 추진단 소식, 온라인 문의 기능을 제공하는 ‘커뮤니티’ 등으로 체계화됐다.
지난 2026년 3월 개설 이후 일평균 약 150명이 방문하는 등 꾸준한 관심을 받고 있으며, 추진단은 이를 기반으로 홈페이지가 지역 반도체 산업 생태계 조성과 활성화에 기여하는 핵심 소통 창구로 자리 잡을 것으로 기대하고 있다.
앞서 구미시는 2023년 7월 국가첨단전략산업 반도체특화단지로 지정됐으며, 같은 해 10월 출범한 추진단은 종합발전전략 수립을 비롯해 인력 양성, 기업 네트워크 강화 등 다양한 사업을 추진해왔다.
특히 기업 수요 기반 인력양성 교육체계 구축, ‘2025 경북 반도체 인재플랫폼 매칭데이’ 개최, 반도체 산업 기업협의회 운영, 국내외 SEMICON 박람회 참관 등을 통해 산업 네트워크 확대에 주력하고 있으며, 입주 중소기업 대상 지원사업을 통해 기업 경쟁력 강화에도 힘쓰고 있다.
이현권 추진단장은 “홈페이지를 통해 기업과 시민 모두에게 실질적인 정보를 제공하고, 지속적인 콘텐츠 보강과 업데이트를 통해 소통 기능을 더욱 강화해 나가겠다”고 밝혔다.

Since its launch in March 2026, the website has received steady interest, with an average of approximately 150 visitors per day. Based on this, the Task Force expects the website to establish itself as a key communication channel contributing to the creation and revitalization of the local semiconductor industry ecosystem.
Previously, Gumi City was designated as a National Advanced Strategic Industry Semiconductor Specialized Complex in July 2023. The Task Force, launched in October of the same year, has been pursuing various projects, including the establishment of a comprehensive development strategy, workforce training, and the strengthening of corporate networks. In particular, the organization is focusing on expanding industrial networks by establishing a workforce training system based on corporate demand, hosting the ‘2025 Gyeongbuk Semiconductor Talent Platform Matching Day,’ operating the Semiconductor Industry Corporate Council, and attending domestic and international SEMICON exhibitions. It is also striving to strengthen corporate competitiveness through support programs for resident SMEs.
Project Director Lee Hyun-kwon stated, “We will provide practical information to both companies and citizens through the website and further enhance communication functions through continuous content reinforcement and updates.”
