군은 지난 7일 기획예산실을 중심으로 관련 부서 실무자들이 참석한 가운데 ‘저출생 극복 실무자 회의’를 개최했다고 밝혔다. 이날 회의에는 총 14명의 실무자가 참여해 부서별로 추진 중인 저출생 관련 사업 현황을 공유하고, 협업을 통한 정책 시너지 창출 방안을 논의했다.
특히 참석자들은 출산·양육 친화적 환경 조성과 함께 청년층 주거 안정 등 생애주기 전반을 아우르는 종합적 대책의 필요성에 공감하며 다양한 정책 아이디어를 제시했다.
또한 ‘2026년 저출생 극복 평가’에 대비해 각 부서별 추진 실적을 점검하고, 평가 지표와 연계한 사업 보완 방안에 대한 실무 논의도 병행됐다.
청도군은 향후 정기적인 실무 협의를 통해 부서 간 협업 체계를 강화하고 정책 실행력을 지속적으로 높여나간다는 방침이다.
김하수 청도군수는 “저출생 문제는 단일 부서의 노력만으로 해결하기 어려운 만큼 유기적인 협력이 무엇보다 중요하다”며 “아이 키우기 좋은 환경 조성을 위해 실효성 있는 정책을 지속적으로 추진해 나가겠다”고 밝혔다.
