브레이크뉴스 문홍철 기자= 대우건설 컨소시엄이 지난 해 8월 ‘에코델타시티 푸르지오 트레파크’의 견본주택을 개관하고 분양 중에 있다.
부산광역시 강서구 강동동 4434번지 일원(에코델타시티 11블록)에 들어서는 이 단지는 지하 2층~지상 24층, 13개 동, 전용면적 59~84㎡ 총 1370세대로 조성된다.
분양 물량을 전용면적 타입별로 살펴보면 △59㎡A 133세대 △59㎡B 95세대 △59㎡C 272세대 △59㎡D 234세대 △59㎡E 112세대 △84㎡A 41세대 △84㎡B 302세대 △84㎡C 181세대로 구성된다.
에코델타시티 푸르지오 트레파크는 분양가 상한제 적용 단지로 3.3㎡당 평균 분양가는 1605만원이며, 계약금 5% 중 1차 계약금 500만원 정액제를 적용했다. 입주는 2028년 9월 예정이다.
이 단지에 대해 대우건설은 “부산 에코델타시티 전체 사업이 완료되면 약 7만6000명의 인구와 3만 가구 규모의 주거 수용이 가능할 것으로 전망된다”며 “에코델타시티 전체 면적의 약 30%가 스마트공원으로 조성될 계획이어서 쾌적한 주거환경도 함께 갖출 것으로 보인다”고 설명했다.
