군은 8일 0시부터 자원안보 위기 경보 해제 시까지 군청을 비롯한 공공기관을 대상으로 기존 5부제에서 강화된 ‘2부제(홀짝제)’를 시행한다고 밝혔다.

대상 차량은 공공기관 직원이 출퇴근용으로 사용하는 승용차와 공공기관이 운영하는 공용 승용차(임대차량 포함)다.
운행 방식은 차량 번호판 끝자리를 기준으로 홀수일에는 홀수 번호 차량, 짝수일에는 짝수 번호 차량만 운행할 수 있으며 주말과 공휴일은 적용되지 않는다.
