(브레이크뉴스인천 박상도 기자) 법무부 인천서부준법지원센터가 8일, 인천권역 재범 위험성이 높은 정신질환 전자감독 대상자의 신속하고 원활한 입원치료를 위해 정신건강의학 전문병원인 다원병원과 업무협약을 체결했다고 밝혔다.
인천서부준법지원센터에 따르면, 이번 협약에 따라 조현병 등 정신질환 대상자의 초기 집중치료 및 지속관리를 통해 대상자의 질병 중증화를 방지하고 범죄로부터 지역사회 주민을 보호하기 위한 중요한 기반이 될 전망이다.
양 기관은 고위험 정신질환 전자감독 대상자의 정신건강의학과전문의 진단을 통한 행정입원, 정신건강 위기 시(자해 또는 타해 위험이 큰 상황) 응급입원 조치, 기타 정신질환 전자감독 대상자의 재범 방지 등을 위해 유기적인 협력 체계 유지 및 대상자의 상담, 치료지원에 적극 협력하기로 했다.
