시는 7일 오전 10시 시청에서 ‘제천시 시내버스 노선체계 개편 연구용역’ 최종보고회를 개최했다. 이날 보고회에는 제천시장 권한대행을 비롯해 시의원, 주민자치위원장협의회 부회장, 이통장협의회 여성부회장, 운수업체 관계자, 공무원 등 20여 명이 참석해 개편안의 완성도를 점검했다.
용역을 수행한 (사)21세기산업연구소는 ▲권역별 순환 통학노선 구축 ▲버스 시간표 가시성 향상 ▲수요응답형 버스(부름와유) 운영 성과 및 확대 방안 ▲신규 회차지 조성 등 주요 개선 방안을 제시했다.
