【충북 브레이크뉴스】임창용 기자=충북 괴산군은 9일 청안면 괴산첨단산업단지에서 ‘시스템반도체 첨단AI분석센터’ 개관식을 열고 본격적인 운영에 돌입한다고 밝혔다.
행사에는 송인헌 군수, 군의회 의장, 충북테크노파크 원장, 중원대 반도체학과 학생, 지역 주민 등 100여 명이 참석해 센터의 첫출발을 축하했다.
행사는 사업 경과보고, 축사, 기념 촬영, 시설 견학 순으로 진행됐다.
센터는 총 사업비 91억원을 투자해 지상 1층 · 지하1층, 연면적 1,474.8㎡ 규모로 조성됐다.
주요시설로는 1층에 연구개발실, 입주기업실(4개소), 교육실, 계측실, 공구실 등이 있다.
센터는 육안으로 확인이 불가한 반도체 내부 구조를 정밀 분석해 문제의 원인을 찾는 “반도체 병원”과 같은 역할을 한다.
전문적인 운영을 위해 재단법인 충북테크노파크가 수탁 운영을 맡는다.
