【브레이크뉴스 대구】진예솔 기자=행복북구문화재단이 이달 25일부터 이태원길 팔거광장에서 주민 참여형 문화행사 ‘펼쳐락(樂)’을 개최한다.
‘펼쳐락’은 장르별 예선을 거친 참가자들이 실력을 겨루고, 다음 달 23일 열리는 본선에서 최종 수상자를 가리는 방식으로 진행된다.
경연이 끝난 뒤에는 지역 공연팀의 무대가 이어질 예정이어서 관람객들의 현장 체류 시간도 늘어날 것으로 기대된다.
또 행사장에서는 플리마켓이 함께 열려, 수공예품 판매 등 지역 소상공인들이 참여할 수 있는 기회도 마련된다.
공연과 소비를 결합해 상권 활성화를 노린다는 게 재단 측 설명이다.
재단 측은 이번 행사를 통해 주민들의 생활문화 참여를 확대함과 동시에, 이태원길 일대 유동 인구 증가 효과도 거둘 수 있을 것으로 기대하고 있다.
