(브레이크뉴스인천 박상도 기자) 인천 서구가 최근 건전한 부동산 거래 문화 정착을 위해 한국공인중개사협회 인천광역시회 지도단속위원회와 합동으로 관내 부동산중개업소 200개소에 대한 대대적인 현장 점검을 실시했다고 밝혔다.
서구에 따르면, 이번 합동 점검반은 관내 중개업소를 순회하며 무등록·무자격 중개행위 근절 및 자격증·등록증 대여의 금지를 명시한 안내문을 배포하고 현장에서 공인중개사법 준수 사항을 적극적으로 안내했다.
또, 집단 민원이나 반복적인 민원이 발생하는 업소를 대상으로 별도의 현장 지도를 실시하여 민원 발생 원인을 파악하고 유사 사례가 재발하지 않도록 강력하게 계도하는 등 중개 서비스의 질적 향상을 도모했다.
이번 합동점검은 적발과 처벌 중심의 행정에서 벗어나 현장 지도를 통해 공인중개사법 위반 행위를 사전에 예방하고 올바른 중개 문화를 정착시키는 데 중점을 두고 진행됐다.
서구는 점검 과정에서 파악된 미비 사항에 대해 현장에서 즉시 계도함으로 중개 사고를 예방하고 공인중개사의 직업 윤리 의식을 높이는 데 주력했다.
