이어 “2026년 1월 「노인복지법」 개정 시행으로 경로당 주 5일 중식 제공을 지원할 수 있는 법적 기반이 마련됐지만, 정작 2026년도 정부 예산안에 경로당 부식비가 반영되지 못했다”며 “현장에서는 여전히 식사 공백이 발생할 우려가 크다”고 지적했다.
