이어 우 의장은"EU 배터리법 후속 입법 과정에서 우리 기업들의 불확실성이 해소되도록 폴란드 측에서 적극적으로 의견을 개진해주길 바란다"며 "폴란드의 에너지집약산업 지원 법률에 배터리 산업이 포함되어 우리 기업들이 안정적으로 활동할 수 있도록 관심을 가져달라"고 당부했다.
