(브레이크뉴스인천 박상도 기자) 인천시교육청이 오는 15일부터 인천 관내 초·중학생교 83개 학급(동아리) 학생 1,990명을 대상으로 ‘학교로 찾아가는 미래 신산업분야 실감형 진로체험’을 운영한다고 밝혔다.
인천시교육청에 따르면, 이번 프로그램은 학생들이 미래 직업 세계를 깊이 있게 이해하고 자기주도적 진로 개발 역량을 갖출 수 있도록 디지털 기술 기반의 체험형 교육을 지원한다.
프로그램은 실감형 직무체험과 인천사이버진로교육원의 탐색·설계 활동으로 구성됐으며, 특히 전문 강사와 담임교사의 협력 수업으로 운영되어 학교 교육과정과의 연계성을 높였다.
학생들은 VR 기기를 통해 실제 현장과 유사한 환경에서 다양한 직무를 경험하고, 또한 사이버진로교육원을 활용해 자신의 흥미와 강점을 발견하고 이를 토대로 자기주도적으로 진로를 설계하게 된다.
