아이에스동서는 경북 경산시 중산지구(펜타힐즈)에 초고층 주상복합 단지 ‘펜타힐즈W’를 조성하고, 올해 상반기 중 1단지 일부 세대를 분양할 계획이라고 밝혔다.
단지는 1·2단지 총 3,443세대 규모로 조성되며, 이 가운데 1단지 1,712세대가 우선 공급 대상이다. 전용면적은 84㎡부터 152㎡까지로 구성된다.
이번 단지는 주거 서비스, 교육, 커뮤니티 시설 등을 단지 내에 결합한 형태로 계획됐다. 주거 서비스는 신영그룹 계열의 에스엘플랫폼(SLP)이 운영을 맡을 예정이다. 입주민은 전용 애플리케이션을 통해 생활 편의 서비스 예약과 일부 컨시어지 기능을 이용할 수 있으며, 비대면 진료 연계 및 건강 상담 등 헬스케어 서비스도 제공될 계획이다.
교육 인프라도 단지 내에 포함된다. 상가에는 초·중등 대상 교육기관 종로엠스쿨이 입점할 예정으로, 단지 내에서 교과 중심 학습이 가능하도록 구성된다.
