윤 후보는 이에 대해 “우수 인재가 대구를 떠나지 않도록 체류 환경과 인센티브를 대폭 개선하겠다”고 밝히며 “말에 그치지 않고 실행 가능한 로드맵을 제시할 것”이라고 강조했다.
윤 후보가 내놓은 4대 비전은 ▲국가로봇테스트필드 조성 ▲AI로봇 글로벌 혁신특구 추진 ▲휴머노이드 로봇 특화단지 지정 ▲로봇·모빌리티 연계 글로벌 밸리 구축이다. 그는 특히 금호워터폴리스와 성서산업단지를 잇는 생산 거점을 조성하고, 제2국가산단을 중심으로 산업벨트를 구축해 로봇과 미래차 산업이 함께 성장할 수 있는 환경을 만들겠다고 밝혔다.
국가로봇테스트필드는 2028년 완공을 목표로 추진된다. 윤 후보는 이 사업을 통해 실증 중심의 산업 생태계를 만들고, 새로운 일자리 창출로 이어지도록 하겠다고 거듭 강조했다.
