【충북 브레이크뉴스】김봉수 기자=충북 진천군은 신활력플러스사업을 통해 육성한 로컬기업 ‘모이개 주식회사’가 한국농업기술진흥원이 주관하는 ‘2026년 농식품 벤처육성 지원사업’에 최종 선정됐다고 밝혔다.
농식품 벤처육성 지원사업은 농식품, 농산업 분야 예비·초기 창업자의 성장을 지원하는 사업으로, 사업화 자금 지원과 함께 전문가 연계, 기술 이전, 투자 연계 등 다양한 프로그램을 제공한다.
진천군 신활력플러스사업 4기 액션그룹인 모이개 주식회사(대표 강여정)는 프리미엄 반려견 수제 간식 브랜드 ‘벨케인(Belcane)’을 운영하는 기업으로, 원료 선별부터 제조까지 철저한 품질관리를 통해 경쟁력을 인정받아 이번 사업에 선정됐다.
모이개는 이번 선정으로 3천만 원의 사업화 자금을 지원받아 제품 고도화와 글로벌 시장 진출을 본격 추진할 계획이다.
강여정 대표는 “향후 5년 내 아시아를 대표하는 반려견 간식 브랜드로 성장하겠다”고 포부를 밝혔다.
이번 성과에는 진천군이 추진 중인 ‘진천형 신활력플러스사업’의 체계적인 지원이 큰 역할을 했다.
