세종시교육청 학교지원본부 화해중재부 위(Wee)·아람센터(이하 위·아람센터)는 학교폭력 피해학생의 일상 회복과 학급 내 관계 개선을 위한 2026학년도 관계 회복 집단상담 프로그램인 ‘찾아가는 아람두리’를 운영한다고 14일 밝혔다.
시 교육청에 따르면 ‘찾아가는 아람두리’는 상담 전문가가 직접 학교 현장을 찾아가 학급별 위기 요인에 따른 맞춤형 집단상담을 지원하는 프로그램이다.
지난해에는 총 73개 학급, 1,426명의 학생을 대상으로 음악, 그림책, 미술, 춤, 협력놀이 등을 활용하여 다양한 관계 역량 증진 프로그램을 운영했다.
이를 통해 학생들의 학교생활 만족도 향상과 교우 관계 개선 등 유의미한 성과를 거두며 교육 관계자와 학부모로부터 높은 신뢰를 얻었다는 게 지원본부측 판단이다.
2026학년도에는 공공성과 전문성을 한층 강화한다.

아울러, 기존 지역사회 연계 기관 중심의 운영 방식에서 나아가 학교폭력 피해가 발생한 학급에는 아람센터 소속 전문상담 인력이 직접 상담을 주도하여 현장 대응력을 강화할 방침이다.
새롭게 개발한 매뉴얼을 바탕으로 위기 유형별 맞춤형 서비스를 제공하며, 운영 규모 또한 2024년 66학급, 2025년 72학급에서 2026년 80여 개 학급으로 확대해 더 많은 학생에게 혜택이 돌아가도록 했다.
‘찾아가는 아람두리’ 집단상담 프로그램은 오는 12월까지 관내 초중고를 대상으로 운영되며, 학급별 특성에 맞춰 총 6회기로 구성된 이번 과정은 학생들이 협력 활동을 중심으로 배려와 소통 문화를 스스로 형성하도록 지원한다.
또, 상담 과정에서 심층 지원이 필요하다고 판단되는 학생은 담임교사와 연계해 위·아람센터 개인상담 또는 외부 전문 치료기관으로 연계하는 등 촘촘한 맞춤형 지원 체계를 구축한다.
이를 통해 단순 프로그램 운영에 그치지 않고 지속적인 사후관리까지 병행할 예정이다.
