2026년 3월 인천광역시 고용동향

전년동월대비 15세이상인구 경제활동인구 비경제활동인구 각 증가, 36시간 미만 및 이상 취업자 증가, 주당 평균 취업시간 감소, 취업자 증가 실업자 감소

(브레이크뉴스인천 박상도 기자) 경인지방데이터청이 15일, ‘2026년 3월 인천광역시 고용동향’을 발표했다.

 

자료에서 15세이상인구 및 경제활동인구를 보면, 2026년 3월 15세이상인구는 274만 4천명으로 전년동월대비 4만 4천명(1.6%) 증가했다.

 

경제활동인구는 178만 5천명으로 전년동월대비 1만 8천명(1.0%) 증가했으며, 경제활동참가율은 65.1%로 전년동월대비 0.3%p 하락했다.

 

비경제활동인구는 95만 8천명으로 전년동월대비 2만 5천명(2.7%) 증가했다.

 

성별로 보면 남자는 34만 8천명으로 전년동월대비 7천명(1.9%) 증가했으며, 여자는 61만명으로 1만 9천명(3.1%) 증가했다.

 

취업자 동향에서 취업자 및 고용률을 보면, 2026년 3월 취업자는 173만명으로 전년동월대비 2만 2천명(1.3%) 증가했다.

 

성별로 보면 남자는 97만 8천명으로 전년동월대비 1만 7천명(1.8%) 증가했으며, 여자는 75만 1천명으로 5천명(0.6%) 증가했다.

 

고용률은 63.1%로 전년동월대비 0.2%p 하락했다.

 

성별로 보면 남자는 72.0%로 전년동월과 동일하였으나, 여자는 54.3%로 0.5%p 하락했다.

    

15~64세 고용률(OECD 비교 기준)은 69.3%로 전년동월대비 0.8%p 하락했다.

 

산업 및 직업별 취업자에서 산업별 취업자의 전년동월대비 증감을 보면, 전기․운수․통신․금융업(4만 4천명, 15.7%), 제조업(1만 5천명, 4.6%), 등에서 증가했으나, 사업․개인․공공서비스 및 기타(-3만 2천명, -4.6%), 도소매․숙박음식점업(-9천명, -3.0%), 건설업(-3천명, -2.5%)에서 감소했다.

 

직업별 취업자의 전년동월대비 증감을 보면, 기능․기계조작․조립․단순종사자(2만 3천명, 3.8%), 사무종사자(1만 3천명, 3.7%) 등에서 증가했으나, 관리자․전문가(-1만 2천명, -3.0%), 서비스․판매종사자(-1만 1천명, -2.9%)에서 감소했다.

 

종사상 지위별 취업자에서 종사상 지위별로 전년동월대비 증감을 보면,  임금근로자는 4만 1천명(3.0%) 증가했으나, 비임금근로자는 1만 9천명(-5.8%) 감소했다.

 

임금근로자 중 상용근로자는 1만 5천명(1.5%), 임시근로자는 2만명(6.8%), 일용근로자는 5천명(11.1%) 각각 증가했다.

 

비임금근로자 중 자영업자는 1만 4천명(-4.5%), 무급가족종사자는 5천명(-19.3%) 각각 감소했다.

 

취업시간대별 취업자에서 취업시간대별 취업자의 전년동월대비 증감을 보면, 36시간 미만 취업자는 36만 7천명으로 1만 4천명(3.9%) 증가했으며, 36시간 이상 취업자는 134만 2천명으로 1만 4천명(1.0%) 증가했다.

    

주당 평균 취업시간은 38.6시간으로 전년동월대비 0.5시간 감소했다.

 

실업자 동향을 보면, 2026년 3월 실업자는 5만 6천명으로 전년동월대비 3천명(-5.5%) 감소했다.

 

성별로 보면 남자는 3만 2천명으로 전년동월대비 1천명(-2.4%) 감소했으며, 여자는 2만 3천명으로 2천명(-9.4%) 감소했다.

 

실업률은 3.1%로 전년동월대비 0.2%p 하락했다.
