(브레이크뉴스인천 박상도 기자) 인천해양경찰서가 오는 20일부터 6월 19일까지, 대규모 해양오염 사고를 예방하기 위해 ‘해양시설 집중안전점검’을 실시한다고 밝혔다.
인천해경에 따르면, 이번 점검은 300㎘ 이상의 기름·유해액체물질 저장시설 29개소와 5만톤 이상의 선박 접안이 가능한 석탄 등 하역시설 12개소 등 총 41개소를 대상으로 진행된다.
인천해양경찰서는 인천지방해양수산청, 인천시, 인천항만공사 등 유관 기관과 합동 점검반을 구성해 점검을 실시할 계획다.
특히, 인천해경은 기름저장탱크 및 이송 배관 결함 여부, 비상계획서 관리·이행 실태 등을 집중 확인 할 예정이다.
한편, 지난 점검에서는 36건의 위험요소를 발견해 그 중 97%(35건)를 개선하는 성과를 거둔 바 있다.
