(브레이크뉴스인천 박상도 기자) 인천시교육청이 15일, 교육활동 침해 사안 발생 시 교원이 신속하고 체계적으로 대응하도록 하는 ‘현장 중심 교육 콘텐츠’를 배포한다고 밝혔다.
인천시교육청에 따르면, 이번에 지원되는 콘텐츠는 매뉴얼, 포스터, 리플릿뿐만 아니라 영상 콘텐츠와 카드뉴스까지 범위를 확대했다.
먼저 ‘교육활동 보호 매뉴얼’은 교육부 자료를 바탕으로 학교 현장의 의견을 반영한 실질적 지원책을 중심으로 재구성했다.
매뉴얼에는 교육활동 침해행위에 대한 이해부터 단계별 대응 방안, 피해 교원을 위한 지원 제도 등을 담아, 교원이 상황에 맞게 일관되고 신속하게 대응하도록 했다.
특히, 교육자료와 함께 상담·법률·행정 지원 등 지원 사업 정보를 통합 수록해 활용도를 높였다.
현장의 편의를 고려한 맞춤형 홍보물 배부도 병행한다.
교사 1인당 1부의 리플릿을 배부해 상시 참고할 수 있게 했으며, 학교 내 주요 공간에는 포스터를 게시해 교육활동 보호에 대한 인식 확산을 유도한다.
또한 실제 사례를 기반으로 제작된 3편의 영상 콘텐츠를 교육청 누리집과 유튜브 채널에 공개해 교원과 학부모 간의 공감대를 높일 예정이다.
‘민원 대응 길라잡이’와 카드뉴스를 매월 둘째 주 정기 배포해, 교원들이 일상 업무 속에서도 대응 요령을 익히고 활용할 수 있도록 지원할 계획이다.
교육활동보호담당관 관계자는 “교육활동 보호는 사전 예방과 현장의 즉각적인 대응이 무엇보다 중요하다”며 “선생님들이 학교 현장에서 실질적으로 체감할 수 있는 실효성 있는 지원과 홍보를 지속적으로 확대하겠다”고 말했다.
