<브레이크뉴스 강원 = 김일웅 기자> 북부지방산림청이 임야 대상 농업경영체(이하 임업경영체)의 관리 혼선을 막고 체계적인 지원을 위해 등록 정보 정비 및 관리기관 이관을 본격 추진한다.
15일 북부지방산림청에 따르면, 임야에 등록된 경영체 중 국립농산물품질관리원(이하 농관원)과 산림청에 중복으로 등록된 필지를 정비하고, 관련 관리기관을 산림청으로 일원화하는 작업을 진행한다고 밝혔다.
이번 조치는 기관 간 중복 등록으로 인해 발생하는 행정적 혼선을 해소하고, 임야에서 임산물을 생산하는 경영체에 대한 관리 주체를 명확히 하기 위함이다.
현재 농지대장에 등재된 임야 중 농관원과 산림청 양쪽에 중복 등록된 농업경영체는 약 10여 건으로 파악됐다. 동일한 경영 면적은 중복 등록이 불가하므로, 해당 경영체는 어느 한 기관을 선택해 변경 등록을 완료해야 한다. 단, 중복 등록이 아님을 입증하고자 할 경우에는 농산물과 임산물 생산 구역이 명확히 구분된 재배구역도 등 관련 증빙 자료를 제출하면 된다.
이와 함께, 임야에서 임산물을 주력으로 생산하는 경영체의 경우 농관원에 등록된 약 370건의 경영 정보를 산림청으로 완전히 이관해 통합 관리할 예정이다.
북부지방산림청은 중복 등록 필지 정비 작업을 오는 6월까지 마무리하고, 관리 정보 이관은 올해 연말까지 순차적으로 완료할 계획이다. 또한 현장의 혼선을 최소화하기 위해 대상 경영체에는 문자메시지와 우편 등을 통해 별도의 안내를 실시한다.
