15일 홍천군에 따르면, 군은 오는 4월 17일과 24일 두 차례에 걸쳐 홍천읍 행정복지센터 3층 대회의실에서 ‘2026년 구인·구직 만남의 날’ 행사를 릴레이로 개최한다고 밝혔다.
이번 행사는 기업 인사 담당자와 구직자가 한자리에서 만나 기업 소개와 근로조건을 상세히 듣고, 즉석에서 현장 면접까지 진행할 수 있는 원스톱 맞춤형 채용 지원 프로그램이다.
먼저 4월 17일(금) 오후 1시부터 3시까지는 국내 대표 단체급식 전문기업인 CJ프레시웨이㈜가 참여한다. 육군종합군수학교 1수송연대 내 단체 급식을 담당할 조리원 20명을 채용할 예정이며, 선발된 인력은 식재료 전처리부터 조리, 배식 등 전반적인 업무를 맡게 된다.
이어 4월 24일(금) 오후 2시부터 4시까지는 관내 우수 제조기업인 태양3C㈜의 채용설명회가 열린다. 설비 증설에 따라 생산 분야 신규 인력 50명을 대규모로 모집하며, 기업 소개와 함께 1대1 심층 면접이 현장에서 진행된다.
참여를 희망하는 구직자는 사전 등록을 하거나, 행사 당일 이력서를 지참해 지정된 시간 내에 현장을 방문하면 바로 면접에 참여할 수 있다.
