15일 원주시에 따르면, 예체능 유망주들이 전문가의 지도를 받아 작품을 창작하고 진로를 구체화할 수 있도록 돕는 ‘꿈이룸 더하기+ 인재양성 프로그램’의 참가자를 오는 30일까지 모집한다고 밝혔다.
이번 프로그램은 기존 ‘꿈이룸 바우처’를 한 단계 확장한 사업으로, 전문가의 맞춤형 멘토링과 창작 프로젝트 지원을 통해 지역 인재를 조기 발굴하고 육성하는 데 중점을 두고 있다. 특히, 향후 진학이나 취업에 즉시 활용할 수 있는 ‘실물 포트폴리오 제작’까지 전폭적으로 지원해 실효성을 극대화했다.
선발된 참가자는 5월부터 11월까지 약 7개월간 ‘전문가 이중 지원 시스템(듀얼 지원)’의 혜택을 받는다. 3년 이상의 현장 경력을 보유한 ‘전문 멘토’가 밀착 기술 지도를 제공하며, ‘성장 코치’가 목표 설정과 슬럼프 극복 등 심리적 멘탈 케어를 전담해 청소년들의 다각적인 성장을 돕는다.
또한 성공적인 창작 활동을 위해 ▲현직 전문가의 입시 및 콘텐츠 제작 특강 ▲팀별 최대 60만 원의 창작 활동비 지급 ▲아이디어 캠프 및 최종 쇼케이스 개최 등 아낌없는 지원이 쏟아질 예정이다. 7개월간의 결과물은 전문 프로필 촬영과 함께 실물 포트폴리오로 완성되어 제공된다.
모집 대상은 원주시에 주민등록을 둔 중·고등학생 및 만 13~18세 학교 밖 청소년 중 음악, 미술, 디자인, 무용, 체육 등 예체능 진로를 희망하는 자다. 총 6개 팀(팀당 2~5명)을 선발하며, 개인이 신청할 경우 관심 분야가 비슷한 신청자와의 팀 매칭도 지원한다.
참여를 희망하는 청소년은 4월 30일 오후 6시까지 원주시 홈페이지(원주소식-원주시 공고)에 게시된 링크 또는 QR코드를 통해 신청서와 증빙서류를 제출하면 된다.
