<브레이크뉴스 횡성 = 김일웅 기자> 산림청 한국산림복지진흥원 소속 국립횡성숲체원이 격무에 시달리는 장기요양기관 종사자들을 위해 숲속 힐링의 장을 마련했다.
16일 국립횡성숲체원에 따르면, 이달부터 오는 10월까지 만 55세 이상 중장년층 장기요양 종사자와 그 가족들을 대상으로 ‘산림치유 캠프’를 총 13회차에 걸쳐 운영한다고 밝혔다.
이번 캠프는 국민건강보험공단 서울강원지역본부와의 긴밀한 협업을 통해 추진된다. 서울과 강원 지역 현장에서 헌신하는 요양보호사, 사회복지사, 간호사 등 장기요양기관 종사자들에게 맞춤형 산림치유 프로그램을 제공하여, 누적된 직무 스트레스를 완화하고 심신의 온전한 회복을 돕는 것이 핵심 목적이다.
세부 프로그램은 ▲산림치유지도사와 함께하는 치유숲길 걷기 ▲건식 족욕 및 전통 차 마시기 체험 ▲피톤치드 가득한 잣나무숲에서의 해먹 휴식 등 다채롭게 구성되어 참가자들에게 깊은 휴식과 재충전의 시간을 선사할 예정이다.
